Our programs at GBA are designed to maximize player development and are brought in from some of the top universities in the country.
Our defensive sessions run for an hour and include a throwing program and infield workout. The throwing program is designed to build arm strength and promote health for all ages. The infield workout will feature unique drills designed to keep players involved and engaged throughout.
Our offensive sets run for an hour and include a brief baserunning set designed to build speed and increase IQ on the basepaths. The rest of the time is dedicated to getting lots of swings and repetitions with a tee progression as well as live batting practice and machine work.
